Hiro|Mura uses California grown Rice. Their unique Haiga grain uses a special milling process that preserves many of the kernel’s vitamins and other nutrients. This product gives customers the taste and texture of white rice, while providing the wholeness of a high quality brown rice.
Rice Kernels contain a wealth of vitamins (Vitamin B1, B2, B6, and E), Fiber and GABA.
In search of the freshest, best tasting ingredients, eight months out of the year Hiro|Mura purchases produce grown locally in California. By buying local, we support local farmers who live on or near the land supporting the local economy.
Hiro | Mura uses Wasabi from Kinjirushi Wasabi the process takes fresh wasabi and freezes the wasabi at peak freshness then grates the wasabi to lock in the bright green color and spicy flavor.
Hiro | Mura uses an all-natural pickled ginger free of chemical preservatives and dyes. Giving the ginger a clean and sweet taste with the natural light yellow color.
Hiro|Mura Sushi Rice is produced gluten-free with a wide selection of available sushi options.
